supervisor - retail

• Requires open availability. Shifts will be mornings, closing and weekends depending on the needs of the store. (7:00am-4:00pm // 1:00pm-10:00pm // 10:00am-7:00pm) Shifts may not be consistent from week-to-week

• Deal with customer issues by de-escalating situation

• Key holder for store, tasked with opening/closing. Running end of day routines to close of POS

• Lead teams of 3-10 staff daily on tasks around the store (stock, filling holes, projects, merchandising, etc...)

• Be confident and clear spoken

• Able to properly manage time to achieve goals for the day

• Physical job involving plenty of walking, moving stock, and going up and down ladders

• Learn in detail all areas of the store

• Deal with various issues around the store ranging from system problems, to unexpected stock, etc

• Previous experience required

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
