Security Inspector

Your tasks

1. Prepare and/or implement security measures and guidelines for assigned operational areas and information systems.
2. Control and monitor the performance of security officers, including developing the skills and operational efficiency of security officers, as well as inspecting abnormalities such as drug use, smoking, and non-compliant behavior, including inspecting security-related equipment to ensure it is in ready-to-use condition.
3. Observe, monitor, inspect, and patrol within the factory, buildings, and surrounding areas, including high-risk or vulnerable areas, to identify factors or incidents that may cause danger, prevent theft and damage to premises, personnel, and property, including preventing trespassing, as well as recording data and preparing reports based on facts.
4. Take proactive measures to create and maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors.
5. Maintain security and control access to restricted or prohibited areas, such as storage areas, network equipment installation areas, as well as employee document and confidential information storage areas.
6. Regularly perform patrols and inspections of the security systems in the responsible areas.
7. Supervise and control the operation of the CCTV system to ensure the system functions effectively.
8. Coordinate with various departments to promote and develop security projects.
9. Supervise and control parking area management.
10. Support the Department Head in preparing and improving security regulations and operating procedures to prevent theft, fire, and other incidents that may affect safety.
11. Verify the registration of visitors and vehicles in accordance with company regulations, including monitoring suspicious situations and reporting to relevant parties promptly.
12. Provide assistance and take necessary actions during emergencies to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
13. Control and manage traffic in front of the factory and within the parking areas.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or High Vocational Certificate in any related field.
2. At least 3–5 years of work experience in security control and management.
3. Good English language skills, able to communicate and use it in operations. Ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration.
4. Age 30–40 years and has work experience related to the position.
5. Experience in controlling and managing a team of Security Guards and being able to supervise operations in accordance with company regulations.
6. Knowledge and experience in CCTV systems, access control systems, and security systems will be given special consideration.
7. Basic knowledge of fire prevention, emergency management, and factory security.
8. Skills in coordinating with internal and external agencies, including the ability to solve immediate problems well.
9. High responsibility, attention to detail, wit, observant, and able to make decisions in emergency situations.
10. Experience in security work within industrial factories will be given special consideration.
