Developing surveys and questionnaires for teachers, administrators and students in order to plan the activities and trips based on the school objectives and curriculum.

Develop and propose a yearly activities and trip plan and communicate with the Director, Principals, teachers and Finance for verification and approvals.

Responsible for submitting all field trip proposals on time and coordinating with our Ministry Of Education (Egypt) contact person to obtain approval of proposed trips in adequate time.

Liaise with external organizations, academies, hotels and suppliers to receive offers and orientations about their services and activities.

Schedule and organize all trips.

Prepare flyers, emails and other communication materials to inform parents and students about planned activities and trips.

Develop customized parental approval forms as per the nature and specification for every trip or activity.

Collect students and parents approvals forms and any required fees.

Be the site supervisor while activities are taking place including supervising and assisting students.

Act as a tour guide on some trips.

Schedule and organize all after school activities.

Arrange the signing up for the after school activities, and coordinate with the school administration.

Acting as the point of contact and liaison between outside activity provider and parents to coordinate fee collection.

Plan flights, accommodation, program and agenda of all international trips.

Organize materials and meetings for international trip details.

Proceed on all Visa applications for all International trips.

Maintain contact with all trips (local or international) supervisors during the trip to proactively solve any problems or obstacles.

Bachelor degree in business admin or marketing.

Excellent command of English

High level of organization

Leadership

Previous experience in organizing trips and activities.
