Learning Coach (after school care)
About the role GenieHouse redefines after-school student care by combining Singapore's leading AI-personalized edtech platform with dedicated, human-centric teaching guidance. Moving beyond standard homework supervision found in traditional student care programs, GenieHouse leverages data-driven insights to address individual learning gaps in Primary 1 to 6 students. We foster self-directed learning habits, resilience, and academic confidence in a safe, structured, and engaging environment. Key responsibilities Supervise daily primary school homework and spelling tasks while utilizing Geniebook's proprietary AI engine to assign and guide students through personalized practice worksheets across English, Mathematics, Science, and Chinese
Review student performance analytics monthly to identify specific topic weaknesses and deliver targeted small-group or individual learning support
Maintain a safe, encouraging, and clean environment. Facilitate social-emotional learning, conflict resolution, character building, and hands-on enrichment activities
Drive active participation and self-directed revision habits through gamified goals and our integrated Bubble Store reward system
Provide parents with regular, professional updates using performance data and observational feedback regarding their child's academic growth, behavior, and social milestones
Assist with student arrival routines, ensure health and hygiene standards align with student care guidelines, and support administrative center tasks under the direction of the Center Manager
About you Interest/Certified in Education, Early Childhood Development, Psychology, or a relevant field
Prior experience in student care centers, tuition centers, or primary education is highly advantageous
Able to confidently guide Primary 1 to Primary 6 syllabus content in core subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, and/or Chinese)
Comfortable learning and navigating digital dashboards, AI edtech tools, and learning management systems
Patient, empathetic, highly organized, and passionate about motivating young learners to achieve their personal best
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for effective parent updates and student engagement
