Description des tâches: Thai Food Truck Chef (Palmy Thai Food Truck)

Palmy Thai Food Truck, located at Camping Du Nord in Luxembourg, is looking for a motivated team member to prepare authentic Thai meals for our campsite guests.

You will be part of a friendly and welcoming team and will work together with an experienced Thai Head Chef, who speaks Thai, making communication and training easy.

This is a seasonal position for a minimum period of 6 months, with a minimum of 35 working hours per week.

Main responsibilities:

Preparing authentic Thai meals according to our recipes. Preparing ingredients and completing daily mise en place. Ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen in accordance with food safety regulations. Managing stock and informing the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished. Working efficiently during busy service periods and contributing to a positive experience for our guests.

Autres compétences: Basic English communication skills. Ability to work in a team. Willingness to learn Thai food preparation techniques. Good hygiene and food safety awareness. Flexible and reliable. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage, but not required.
