Financial Reporting Manager
About the company
Campbell Grove Talent are working with a fast-growing business in York that’s looking for a Financial Reporting Manager. The group keeps buying businesses, and each one needs bringing into the fold properly. You’ll own how that happens, from the first set of acquisition numbers through to a clean consolidation.
Why this one’s different This is an autonomous culture with a large finance team, so there’s real depth around you and you won’t be tucked away in a corner. - The year-end process, from statutory accounts through to the Group audit, and the relationship with the auditors
- Acquisition accounting, making sure every new business is integrated smoothly and accounted for correctly
- The group’s technical accounting position, so that when a tricky question comes up, you’re the one who gives the answer

- Working with finance colleagues in different countries to strengthen balance sheets and tighten up processes
- Giving senior stakeholders the information they need, when they need it, so decisions are made with confidence
