Arbeidsoppgaver

As a chef de partie at Æra, you will prepare meals that are delivered directly to our guests glass cabins, allowing them to enjoy a unique dining experience with the comfort of their accommodation.

Our menu focusses on hearthy and Norwegian inspired dishes, including the favorites such as a reindeer stew and fresh salmon.

You will work in a small kitchen team where you will need to have good communication with your colleagues from the front desk.

We value consistency, teamwork and creating a unique experience for our guests more than serving lots of persons.

Your responsibilities includes:

Preparing and cooking a la carte dishes

Maintaining the food quality and presentation

Supporting the daily kitchen operations

Following food safety and hygiene regulations

Working closely with colleagues to create an excellent guests experience
