FOOD SERVER

Greet customers and take food and beverage orders accurately. Prepare and serve food, drinks, and menu items according to company standards. Process payments and operate the POS/cash register system. Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, and service stations. Replenish food, beverage, and service supplies as needed. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Assist with opening, closing, and other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in food service, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and sanitation practices. Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately. Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
