Junior Software Developer

Cambio is growing rapidly and therefore needs to strengthen our team of software developers/programmers. As a developer at Cambio, you will be part of a team with both junior and senior developers and architects and work in an environment where our goal is to be first-class within our domain but also generally within software development. You will contribute to ensuring our customers have the world's best systems to support the healthcare process in all its parts.

Desirable qualifications

• The right attitude is the absolute most important thing for us. You must truly want to become good at software development.
• College or university education, likely within computer science or equivalent competence.
• Knowledge of object-oriented languages, preferably Java.
• We would like you to have knowledge of modern web development in Angular, Javascript, CSS.
• Knowledge of support systems around modern software development, for example Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Nexus, Jira, SonarQube and Docker is meritorious.
• Good knowledge of English in both speech and writing.

Who are you?

You are a technology-interested developer, with or without experience from professional software development. You enjoy working in a team and want to contribute to the entire team succeeding in its tasks. You thrive working in an international context and communicate unhindered in English, both with developers and other staff.

Since our largest development site is in Sri Lanka, travel there may occur as part of the job. These are, of course, adapted to the employee's preferences and situation. The role is adapted to the applicant's individual profile and experience. We are looking for both junior and senior individuals and adapt the tasks to your competence rather than the other way around.
