PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: Manage the processes of development and training of competencies and skills, closing gaps and ensuring that the organization has the ideal human talent and the necessary capabilities for each job role, in coherence with the institutional strategy and the fulfillment of missional objectives. Support the Human Management Directorate in different programs such as Organizational Culture, Leadership, Labor Climate, Performance Evaluation, and other organizational activities. KEY REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY: EDUCATION: Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related areas. EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years in similar positions, performing organizational development and integral processes of the Human Management area. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Labor Regulations, Organizational Development, Performance Evaluation, Design of training programs, Management indicators. Languages: English level A2.
