Effective immediately, we are looking for a

Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Focus on E-Commerce and Accounts Receivable (30-40 hrs/week)

for our Finance department at our headquarters in the Düsseldorf Medienhafen.

Our Finance Department currently consists of eleven colleagues divided into an Accounts Payable and an Accounts Receivable team, and we look forward to welcoming another team member soon.

Your tasks as an accountant:

• Posting incoming payments and allocating them to open receivables
• Reconciliation and clarification of accounts receivable accounts
• Creation of invoices and credit notes for the franchise division
• Execution of all accounting tasks in the E-Commerce area
• Development and maintenance of control and reporting systems to ensure a transparent overview
• Active support during monthly and annual closings
• Participation in forecasts and budget planning
• Collaboration on various IT and business projects

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial vocational training or a university degree, as well as initial professional experience in a comparable field.
• An open personality, a high degree of hands-on mentality, and team spirit characterize you.
• You have an analytical understanding of numbers and enjoy detailed work.
• Very good English skills as well as good SAP and Excel skills round off your profile.
