Estate Planning Associate
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Estate Planning Associates. You will be personally mentored by an experienced, high-performing senior consultant with a strong track record in estate and legacy planning, and receive close guidance as you grow in the role.

What You Will Do
- Understand clients’ needs and long-term goals through consultations
- Guide clients through estate and legacy planning, including wills and trusts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
1-to-1 Mentorship
Unlike many roles where newcomers are left to figure things out on their own, you will work directly under a top-performing senior consultant with years of experience in estate planning. You will receive:
- Personal 1-to-1 coaching and regular guidance
- Joint client appointments to learn by observing real estate planning cases
- Hands-on training in estate planning, client consultations and practice management
- Proven systems and workflows used by an established practice
- Full support with exam preparation and licensing
- Ongoing feedback to help you grow your skills and confidence
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, disciplined and self-motivated
- Genuine interest in helping families plan for their future
- Prior sales, customer service, financial experience is an advantage
