Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Operation Management
- Oversee all daily salon operations, including service scheduling, staff attendance, venue hygiene, equipment maintenance and product inventory management.
- Ensure all beauty services (skincare, body treatment, nail care, makeup and other wellness services) are delivered in line with company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor service quality, handle on-site operational problems, and adjust workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage beauty product and consumable inventory, conduct regular stock checks, arrange replenishment, and avoid overstock or stock shortage.
2. Team Leadership & Training
- Recruit, interview, onboard and manage beauty therapists, nail technicians and front desk staff.
- Organize regular professional skill training, service etiquette training and product knowledge sharing for the team to improve overall service level.
- Supervise staff performance, conduct regular performance appraisals, set individual sales and service goals, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Resolve internal team conflicts, arrange reasonable shift schedules, and maintain positive team atmosphere.
3. Sales & Revenue Target Achievement
- Formulate monthly and quarterly sales plans for beauty packages, membership cards, skincare products and customized beauty services.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly sales data, analyze business performance, and adjust sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Guide the team in upselling and cross-selling while adhering to customer-first service principles, avoiding excessive and rigid sales.
4. Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Oversee overall customer service experience, follow up on client feedback, reviews and complaints, and provide timely and proper solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain long-term stable relationships with regular clients, manage member systems, and launch targeted customer retention and reactivation activities.
- Standardize customer reception, consultation and after-service follow-up processes to improve customer loyalty and repeat consumption rate.
5. Brand & Compliance Management
- Strictly implement brand image and service standards, ensure consistent salon decoration, service process and professional image.
- Comply with local health and safety regulations, beauty industry norms and company rules, ensure sterile operation of beauty tools and safe use of beauty equipment.
- Manage daily financial settlement of the salon, check cash flow, consumption records and membership account data, and report business status to the superior regularly.
