6 days’ work week, including weekends & public holidays Island-wide delivery Job Description Collect soiled laundry from customers and deliver clean laundry to hotels on time; Plan and follow an efficient delivery route to maximize time and fuel usage while meeting customer deadlines; Provide friendly and professional customer service when picking up or delivering laundry, addressing any questions or concerns; Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including customer information, special instructions, and completed tasks; Regularly inspect the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and well-maintained; Report any mechanical issues or required repairs to supervisors. Job Requirements: Minimum Singapore LTA-issued Class 4 Driving License; Work on weekends and public holidays; Physically fit; Strong customer service and communication skills; Organizational skills for handling orders, paperwork and delivery schedules; Safety Awareness; Ability to work independently and manage time effectively; Possesses a clean driving record.
