Providing explanations, guidance, and troubleshooting of technical faults via telephone explanation and remote control, and sales of ancillary products. Technical affinity - mandatory! Good level of English - mandatory! Experience as a network administrator from the army - advantage. CCNA studies - advantage. Experience working in a telephone technical call center - advantage.
