Product Manager for a large public organization

Responsibilities: Leading a product from end-to-end, from the idea stage to launch. Building a Roadmap and defining priorities based on business and customer needs. Ongoing work with development, QA, UX teams, and business stakeholders. Gathering requirements from customers and stakeholders within the organization and translating them into product solutions. Backlog management and leading Agile/Scrum processes. Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and identifying business opportunities. Leading feature launches and measuring their success. 3+ years of experience in product management. Experience in owning a Product Roadmap. Experience working with development teams. Experience in Backlog management and writing product requirements. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working with customers and business stakeholders. Ability to analyze business needs and make data-driven decisions. High level of English.
