Calanit is looking for someone to lead a strategic and global change project for a large international company in the agriculture sector!
As part of the role, you will lead the transition of financial activities from 13 sites worldwide to an external BPO partner – managing the process end-to-end: from the Blueprinting and Knowledge Transfer stages, through the Cutover and Go-Live stages, to the Hypercare and stabilization stages.
What does the role include?
- Managing and building the integrative work plan (Transition & Cutover Plan).
- Acting as the professional and operational bridge between the Finance, IT, BPO, and country management teams.
- Leading knowledge transfer processes, process documentation (Process Maps), and operational readiness.
- Managing the Go-Live War Room, risk control (RAID Tracker), and ensuring zero impact on business continuity.
- Proven experience in leading Finance Transitions, transitioning to Shared Services / BPO, or Cutover projects in the ERP worlds.
- Deep familiarity with core financial processes: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Record to Report (R2R).
- Proven experience working in a global, multi-country, and multi-system environment.
- Practical project management skills and the ability to lead complex interfaces.
- Very high level of English (speaking and writing).
Requirements that are an advantage:
- Strong working experience with SAP Business One – a significant advantage! (Experience in SAP ECC – an additional advantage).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field.
