Business Transformation & Finance Project Manager

Kalnit's experts are recruiting a Project Manager for an international company in the center

Job Purpose: Leading a global project to transfer the financial and operational activities of the group's companies to a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) center in Romania, while managing business processes, information systems, data, interfaces between global teams, and leading organizational change. The role combines project management, process improvement, working with ERP systems, risk management, and stakeholder engagement in a complex international environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading cross-organizational work plans and projects in a global environment.
• Mapping, analyzing, and improving business and financial processes.
• Managing and monitoring risks, dependencies, blockers, and milestones.
• Working with business and technological teams in multiple countries.
• Leading knowledge transfer processes and the transfer of responsibilities to the BPO provider.
• Coordination between Finance, IT, Operations, and external providers.
• Monitoring system readiness, permissions, data, and interfaces.
• Leading Change Management processes and the implementation of new ways of working.
• Preparing statuses, progress reports, and highlighting risks to management.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in managing complex projects.
• Experience leading ERP projects or enterprise information systems.
• Experience in analyzing, mapping, and implementing business processes.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, risk management, and work plan planning.
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and leading multiple interfaces.
• Very high level of English.

Significant Advantage

• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in organizational transformation projects.
• Experience working with global companies in Europe.
• Experience in Shared Services or BPO projects.
• Experience with SAP / Priority systems.
• Familiarity with financial processes.
