OPD Manager

We’re Hiring | OPD (Outpatient Department) Manager A leading hospital in Egypt is looking for a highly motivated and experienced OPD (Outpatient Department) Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Outpatient Department to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Manage patient flow and enhance the overall patient experience while minimizing waiting times.

Supervise OPD reception, customer service, and administrative staff.

Coordinate with physicians and all supporting departments to ensure seamless operations.

Monitor departmental KPIs, patient satisfaction, and operational performance.

Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Prepare regular operational reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or any relevant medical field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, or OPD supervisory or managerial role.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Good knowledge of healthcare quality

Experience using Hospital Information Systems(DMS ) and Microsoft Office.
