Operations Excellence - Wadi El Natroun

Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost effectiveness.

Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies and root causes, and implement practical improvement solutions.

Develop, document, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and process standards.

Monitor operational KPIs and performance trends, identify gaps, and support corrective actions.

Lead and support process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to identify opportunities for waste reduction, standardization, automation, and optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives and ensure sustainable results.

Prepare operational excellence reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support data-driven decision-making.

Support change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Operations Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, or Operational Performance.

Experience in the FMCG, food production, manufacturing, or Agriculture sector is highly preferred .

Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs, workflows, and process standards.

Strong understanding of KPI development, performance monitoring, and data analysis.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus.

Experience with ERP systems; Oracle experience is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.

Residents of Wadi El Natroun, Beheira, or Sadat City are preferred .

Good command of English, written and verbal.
