As a Mechatronics Methods Engineer, reporting to the Methods Manager and working in an R&D and multidisciplinary environment, your role will be to optimize the manufacturing processes of our products.

Your main missions will be to:

• Work in close collaboration with the Development department on the industrialization of our new products;
• Work in close collaboration with the Development department on the characterization / qualification of our manufacturing processes;
• Be proactive in proposing optimizations for our manufacturing processes;
• Be responsible for the definition and management of the industrial file for our products (BOM / routing / procedures) within our ERP;
• Be the Methods tools referent and contribute to actions for improving/standardizing working methods within the department;
• Be the process/methods referent for the Operational and Development teams.

With a Master's degree (BAC +5) from an Engineering school and proven experience (minimum 5 years) in an industrial environment in the field of electronic integration, electrotechnics, mechanics.

• You master the Methods toolkit;
• You are able to analyze and interpret an electronic wiring diagram/plan;
• You master harness wiring, crimping, stripping, soldering processes... (IPCA620 standards);
• You have notions in mechanics (CAO);
• You are recognized for your interpersonal and collaborative skills;
• You have good listening/analysis and writing skills;
• You are rigorous and organized;
• You are pedagogical;
• You are curious and proactive;
• IT proficiency (Office suite) and use of ERP
• Your English level is fluent.
