V&V Engineer M/F - CAILabs

Cailabs is looking for a rigorous V&V Engineer for its position, someone who is curious beyond their specialty and wants to progressively expand their scope of action until they master an entire system.

Within the R&D team, you will take charge of the verification and validation of these complex systems. Your scope will progressively extend from software toward system integration and hardware, sometimes directly on client sites.

Your missions

• Participate in the definition of verification and validation criteria, component and subsystem test benches, and system integration
• Follow and participate in product integration, progressively validating that the developed subsystems meet the specified needs
• Perform tests, technical investigations in case of non-compliance, and propose solutions
• Ensure the technical interface with business teams
• Manage requirement traceability
• Contribute to architecture files and various technical documentations
• Support the development of a system methodology within the R&D team

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software development, testing, or validation, on embedded systems, industrial equipment, or machines
• A solid software foundation on products, equipment, or technical systems
• The desire to go beyond this scope and progressively move toward a system and hardware vision
• A natural rigor in analyzing technical problems and structuring investigations
• Real writing skills
• Comfortable working with various technical interlocutors
• Operational technical English
