Job Description:

In a context of growing activities, Cailabs industrializes, deploys, and maintains complex optical communication systems internationally for space, defense, and telecommunications applications. Optical Ground Stations, which contribute to the development of next-generation space communications, constitute one of the pillars of this ambition.

To support this ramp-up, we are looking for our future Head of Deployment & Services.

Reporting to the Operations Department, you will take responsibility for a major challenge for the company: building an organization capable of ensuring the deployment, support, and availability of our systems on an international scale. At the crossroads of growth, operational performance, and customer satisfaction, you will define the organization, services, operating model, and processes that will allow for the sustainable scaling of our activities.

In this capacity, you will play a key role around four major challenges:

Building and structuring the Deployment and Services organization

You define the vision, organization, processes, and tools necessary to support the growth of deployment and services activities.

• You evolve the organization and the skills of the department with a long-term vision, anticipating needs related to Cailabs' growth while maintaining a level of structuring adapted to its development phase.
• You develop teams, structure skills, and implement a high-performance organization capable of supporting Cailabs' international development.

Developing a high value-added services business

You design the processes, methods, and tools that will allow for the industrialization of our activities.

• You contribute to building the offerings associated with operational maintenance (MCO), customer support, and system supervision, alongside the Product and Sales teams, by participating in the definition of service levels and expected excellence standards.

Guaranteeing the success of international deployments and their scaling

You ensure execution quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with cost, quality, and deadline commitments across all our international projects.

• You drive the overall performance of deployment activities, ensuring compliance with customer commitments, the quality of interventions, and the continuous improvement of operational processes.

Profile Description

You are a graduate of an engineering school and have significant experience in managing deployment, services, or operational maintenance (MCO) activities within demanding industrial and technological environments with an international dimension.

You have demonstrated your ability to structure an organization, support its growth, and implement the processes, tools, and indicators necessary for operational excellence.

A recognized manager, you know how to unite and grow multidisciplinary teams while managing activities with high technical and operational stakes.

Possessing a strategic vision, natural leadership, and an excellent sense of collaboration, you move easily in transforming environments and master professional English both written and spoken.
