Quality Controller in Mechanics and Metalworking (M/F)

Reporting to the Quality Director, you will work in a team with other incoming inspectors to verify the conformity of components received from our supplier subcontractors.

Among your missions

• Perform sampling according to statistical control rules;
• Carry out dimensional and visual inspections based on our definition plans;

• Perform documentary control (certificates of conformity, PV, material certificates, etc.);
• Verify the conformity of parts machined in-house;

• Write inspection reports;
• Perform part sorting if necessary;

• Participate in the management of the control and measurement instrument inventory;
• Detect non-conformities upon receipt and record them;

• Communicate with supplier subcontractors to understand and resolve issues;
• Communicate actions and deadlines to the other concerned departments (quality, purchasing, production, design office);

Your skills

• Holder of a Bac to Bac+2 in the field of Mechanics supplemented by significant experience in control and inspection professions;
• You master reading plans;

• You master industrial metrology;
• You have knowledge of mechanics;

• You have knowledge of materials;
• You have knowledge of quality control standards and techniques and testing;

• You have knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard;
• You are rigorous and meticulous;

• You are open-minded, curious, and committed;
• You know how to manage stress in many situations;

• You master IT tools;
• You are comfortable with written English.
