Job Description:
- Conduct direct field visits to potential customers to introduce and offer company products/services
- Identify and approach new business opportunities in assigned areas
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Explain product benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Collect customer data and market feedback for reporting purposes
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads and potential clients
Requirements:
- Minimum high school/vocational school (SMA/SMK) graduate
- Proven experience in field sales, canvassing, or direct selling is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and highly motivated
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to work in the field and travel within assigned areas
