What the position is about: to develop comprehensive training in the strategic areas of the organization: commercial, purchasing, and finance through participation in training, projects, and operational functions, with the objective of acquiring theoretical, technical, and practical knowledge that allows for contributing improvements and preparing to assume greater responsibilities.

The challenges of the position

• Execute projects in the assigned area to learn processes and propose improvements.
• Fulfill the different phases of the training program to ensure the complete development of the training.
• Perform operational functions according to the established schedule to learn about the different positions and generate best practices.
• Complete in-person and virtual training to deeply understand the business and its operations.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadeo, contaduría publica.
• Language: Inglés
• Key competencies: Leadership for change, assertive communication, productivity, dynamism and energy, ethical commitment.

• Minimum education: Universidad years of experience
• Languages: Inglés
• Age: between 20 and 25 years
• Knowledge: Análisis de procesos, Microsoft office, Organización, Power bi, Administración de empresas
• Driver's licenses: automóviles / carros
