Administrator HR
Pulau Projects are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Admin to join our team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations, maintain staff records, oversee attendance and payroll processing, handle end-to-end recruitment, and generate essential HR reports to support our growing venue.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee files, draft official HR documents and manage day-to-day HR documentation.
- Attendance Tracking: Monitor and record daily staff attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift rosters in coordination with venue managers.
- Payroll Processing: Prepare and calculate monthly payroll, including basic salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, and service charges accurately and on time.
- Recruitment & Hiring: Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes—post job vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews, conduct initial candidate screenings, and manage onboarding for new hires.
- HR Reporting: Generate regular HR reports (attendance summaries, employee turnover, recruitment status, and payroll reports) for management review.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a reliable point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies, leave requests, and payroll issues.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HR Administration or general HR operations (experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a plus).
- HRIS Proficiency: Experience using TALENTA HRIS is strongly preferred.
- Location: Must currently reside in Bali.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets for payroll and reporting data).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, good communication abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
