Systems Programmer - Java and React JS

Candidate with 7+ years in Java, Springboot, Microservices, React JS (mandatory) and Linear Meta Data Role Overview: Client is seeking a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in Unica Campaign to support the design, development, and optimization of customer engagement and marketing automation initiatives. The role focuses on building scalable campaign solutions, integrating data systems, and enabling targeted, data-driven marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications supporting Unica Campaign. Configure and execute Unica Campaign workflows (segmentation, targeting, campaign flowcharts).Translate business campaign requirements into technical implementations. Integrate Unica with CRM systems, data warehouses, and APIs. Perform ETL and data validation for campaign execution. Troubleshoot campaign, data, and application issues. Ensure code quality, testing, and proper documentation. Support deployment, release cycles, and performance tuning. Essential Skillset Strong Java development experience (Spring / Spring Boot).Hands-on Unica Campaign experience (flowchart design, audience segmentation, campaign execution). Solid SQL skills (query writing, joins, performance tuning).Experience with system integration (APIs, data pipelines, batch processing).Understanding of marketing campaign lifecycle and customer data usage. Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments for deployment and troubleshooting. Strong debugging and problem-solving capability in production environments.
