Senior Plant & Equipment Engineer

Your Contribution Equipment Mobilization & Project Support

Lead the organization of equipment mobilization and demobilization for national and international construction projects

Provide expert technical support to operational teams on site

Work closely with the Methods department to ensure effective equipment support for project execution

Fleet Management & Technical Follow-up

Oversee the technical and administrative follow-up of the equipment fleet

Support the optimal performance, reliability, and availability of construction and foundation equipment

Conduct regular site visits to inspect equipment and provide technical support to local teams

International Coordination

Support international equipment activities through back-office coordination

Provide technical and operational support to international project teams

Travel to international project locations for assignments of up to one month when required

Team & Professional Development

Take on increasing technical and organizational responsibilities within the Plant & Equipment function

Mentor and support junior engineers

Contribute to strategic technical decisions relating to equipment and project support

Your Profile Education & Experience

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Mechanics or Electromechanics

Relevant professional experience in plant, equipment, construction, or a related engineering environment

Technical Mindset

Strong interest in technology, construction machinery, and engines

Hands-on and practical approach to technical challenges

Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly

Languages

Dutch is mandatory

Good knowledge of French

Excellent English

Additional languages are considered an asset
