R&D Engineer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience in R&D, Product Development, Wire Harness, or Automotive Parts is an advantage. Able to read and prepare 2D Drawings, Wiring Diagrams, and Engineering Drawings. Knowledge of wires, cables, connectors, terminals, and crimping processes. Knowledge of BOM, ECN/ECR, and engineering document control. Proficient in AutoCAD or other relevant engineering/design software. Familiar with testing methods such as Continuity Test and Pull Force Test. Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to coordinate with Production, QA, and other departments. Good command of Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate in English or Chinese will be an advantage.
