Job Name: Process and Integration Solutions Specialist

Job Objective: To design, implement, optimize, and integrate technological solutions that allow for the improvement of the organization's internal processes, ensuring correct communication between systems, applications, and platforms, with the purpose of increasing operational efficiency, automating processes, and guaranteeing the availability and quality of information.

Main functions:

• Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Design technological solutions oriented towards process optimization.
• Develop and manage integrations between systems, applications, databases, and platforms. Implement and maintain APIs, web services, and integration interfaces.
• Coordinate automation and process transformation projects.
• Identify the needs of different areas and convert them into technical requirements.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation of the implemented solutions. Perform testing, validation, and follow-up on developed integrations.
• Monitor the functioning of solutions and attend to incidents related to processes and integrations. Propose continuous improvements in existing processes and systems. Coordinate with technological providers when necessary. Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of information during integrations.
• Provide support and guidance to users regarding the implemented solutions.
• Generate indicators and reports related to efficiency, automation, and process performance.

Academic training

Indispensable: Engineering in Systems, Informatics, Computing, Software, or related careers.

Desirable: Certifications or training in systems integration, process automation, project management, or digital transformation.
