Industrial Methods Engineer (M/F)
Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering team, you are responsible for the optimization and development of manufacturing activities. In this capacity, you will drive the improvement of existing processes while participating in the implementation of new production means.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Supervise CNC machines and existing manufacturing processes to ensure performance, quality, and reliability.
- Develop and implement new production cells and new industrial processes.
- Participate in the selection and acquisition of production equipment.
- Design and optimize fixturing and tooling.
- Write, validate, and optimize CNC programs.
- Contribute to investment projects and the installation of new equipment.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of industrial performance by applying Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Work in close collaboration with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure the success of industrial projects.
Profile sought:
Holding at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), you have solid experience in an industrial environment (ideally aeronautics, aerospace, or railway) and wish to put your technical skills at the service of improvement and industrialization projects.
Skills and experience:
- Excellent mastery of Lean Manufacturing principles, with demonstrated experience in their implementation.
- Concrete experience in managing industrial projects, notably:
the selection and acquisition of equipment and tooling; the design and implementation of production lines or cells.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders with various technical profiles.
- Team spirit, open-mindedness, autonomy, and excellent communication skills.
- Solid practical experience in the use and programming of CNC machine tools (CNC lathes, machining centers/milling machines, and grinders).
You have a professional level of English.
A Lean Manufacturing certification (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) would be appreciated.
