Do you want to change the world?

At Cabify, we believe that a new way of urban mobility is possible. An ecosystem that allows for fewer private cars on the streets, more sustainable vehicles, and more efficient routes.

Cities where the streets are designed by and for people, not for cars. Products and services that, through sustainable and efficient mobility alternatives, generate economic, social, and environmental value.

And it's not just that we believe in it, but that we work the magic to make it possible. If you share the same purpose with us, keep reading because… This is your place!

About the position

We are looking for a Partnerships Specialist for the Cabify Perú B2C Growth team. The position exists so that our ecosystem of allies translates into trips: partnerships is measured by trips attributable to an ally and by the value generated, not by closed agreements or executed subsidy budgets.

The role focuses on four priorities, in this order: the loyalty program, alliances with financial entities and payment methods, new acquisition models, and alliance support for strategic projects from other teams. The first three are full ownership. The fourth is support, and that distinction is part of the job.

How will you help us fulfill our mission?

Lead the loyalty program as the main lever for recurrence. Value proposition by level, program economics, the portfolio of allies that provides content, and the communication and awareness plan together with Marketing and CRM. It is measured in trips and retention of program users.

Build and negotiate alliances with financial entities and payment methods that push frequency on top of the current base, with the benefit mostly financed by the ally. Handle the complete process: proposal, counter-proposal, cost scenarios, closing, and renewal. It is measured in incremental trips and cost per incremental trip.

Open new acquisition models, converting audiences that currently know us through different channels. It is measured in new activated users and their conversion to recurrent use.

Provide the alliance angle to strategic projects. Identify the right ally, build the proposal, and negotiate it, without being the owner of the project or its result. It is a support role and is exercised as such.

Put a number on each alliance before and after signing it. Model cost and expected return with redemption scenarios, sustain it before the ally with proprietary data, and measure afterwards if the benefit moved trips or only lowered the cost of those that were already going to occur.

Manage the partnerships budget and sustain the monthly operation of each relationship: reconciliations with the ally, invoicing, terms and conditions with Legal, periodic reports, and incident resolution.

Maintain solid relationships with internal stakeholders and with the regional and global Partnerships teams, escalating the negotiation when the ally's bottleneck comes from their own structure.

What we are looking for

Affinity with our principles (cabify.com/es/sobre-nosotros).

Degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related careers.

More than 3 years in end-to-end negotiation and management of commercial alliances, with evidence of closed agreements and not just managed ones.

Ability to isolate and defend the value generated by an alliance. Build the business case —assumptions, scenarios, sensitivity—, sustain it before an ally who arrives with their own numbers, and measure the real result afterwards. It requires working with first-hand data.

Prioritization criteria. There are four fronts and only one person: the most frequent decision of the position is where not to put effort this week, and to sustain that decision against internal requests.

Commercial criteria to distinguish an ally that brings trips from one that only provides budget, and to say no when the agreement does not pay off.

Ability to contribute to someone else's agenda. Part of the role is support for projects from other teams: adding value without taking the credit or fighting for control.

Working English. Part of the interaction with global teams and with the technical areas of the allies occurs in English.

Desirable: experience in loyalty, payment methods, banking, or benefit programs, and having worked with product teams on integrations that reduce redemption friction.
