Your tasks
🎯 Role Mission: To identify, define, document, and audit the processes and procedures of fleet operations (internal and partner), transforming real field dynamics into clear, auditable standards accompanied by control checklists that ensure consistency, safety, profitability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
🛠️ How will you help us achieve our mission?
- Lead the identification, design, and technical documentation of critical fleet operation processes: base management, workshop operations, internal logistics, maintenance, charging infrastructure, cleaning, parking, and incident resolution.
- Design Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), checklists, and regulatory and safety compliance criteria to guarantee uniformity and quality across all operations.
- Periodically measure and audit process compliance and impact through data analysis, identifying deviations or bottlenecks and leading corrective action plans alongside operational teams.
- Actively manage operational risks and design preventive protocols that raise safety standards in fleet operations.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and standardization, facilitating training for base/workshop teams and keeping procedures updated in response to business evolutions or regulatory changes.
- Act as a strategic communication bridge between field teams and operational management, prioritizing standardization initiatives based on their impact on service and risk mitigation.
- Maintain a continuous presence in the field (operational bases, workshops, and charging points) to understand real operations in detail before modeling any procedure.
Requirements
🔍 What we are looking for
- Hard Skills:
- 4 to 5 years of demonstrable experience in process management, quality, continuous improvement, or operations, preferably in environments with large-scale fleet management (thousands of vehicles) or intensive physical asset management (logistics, shared mobility, rent-a-car, or transport).
- Proficiency in creating process maps, writing SOPs, designing operational checklists, and audit frameworks.
- Structured and analytical thinking, with a proven ability to process operational data and translate it into measurable and actionable plans.
- Professional English level (minimum B2), with fluency to interact with international teams, suppliers, or partners.
- Soft Skills:
- A markedly hands-on profile: a vocation and desire to be present in the field, observe real operations, and connect directly with workshop and base teams.
- Leadership by influence: the ability to align, motivate, and reach agreements with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams without requiring direct hierarchical authority.
- Advanced multi-level communication skills, with fluency to interact with both base operational profiles and area management.
- Resilience, empathy, and a constructive approach to managing resistance to change in dynamic operational environments.
