At the heart of industrial performance, you will drive industrialization projects, manufacturing methods, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Acting as a true conductor, you will bridge the gap between R&D, production, quality, and maintenance teams to guarantee high-performing, robust, and scalable processes.

Your main responsibilities***Drive the industrialization of new products, from design to production launch

• Define and optimize processes, equipment, and manufacturing methods
• Support investment projects and industrial developments of the site
• Deploy Lean tools and operational excellence initiatives
• Analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and lead improvement plans
• Structure standards, procedures, and technical data
• Supervise and develop the Methods team
• Provide technical support to operational teams

Profile Description:

The sought-after profile***Engineering degree in production, industrialization, mechanics, or industrial engineering

• Proven experience in design, methods, industrialization, or continuous improvement on plastics products
• Solid Lean Manufacturing culture and project management
• Managerial experience or a strong ability to unite teams
• Professional English
• Knowledge of transformation processes (plastics, rubber, technical materials, assembly) constitutes a real asset
• Proficiency in Solidworks and drawing creation
• Proficiency in the High Frequency welding process
