Our Infrastructure Serv area

The team is responsible for the design, deployment, and operation of C6 Bank's network, voice, and datacenter environment, composed of a hybrid infrastructure between on premises datacenters and cloud. We are a 100% hands-on team, with the mission of keeping the bank's products running 24x7.

Your activities as a CSixer

• Activation, configuration, hardening, and periodic upgrades of equipment according to defined policies, using automation (Ansible/Terraform) and AI tools as assistants;
• Routing & Switching - BGP, OSPF, HSRP, BFD, STP, LACP, VPC;
• Security – ACLs, VRF, VPN IPSEC, maintenance of firewall clusters;
• Cloud AWS (OCI and GCP are desirable) – Direct connect, VPCs, Subnets, Route Tables, Transit Gateways, Peerings;
• Configuration and troubleshooting of Multicast (PIM and IGMP), in low latency environments and trade platforms;
• Implementation and maintenance of monitoring using SNMP, Grafana, Zabbix, AWS Cloudwatch and related tools;
• Incident response, requests, planning, and execution of changes in maintenance windows;
• Opening and following up on tickets with telecommunications operators and manufacturers - TAC, cloud provider support, etc.

Requirements and experience

Experience working with senior/specialist level support in large hybrid infrastructure environments, connecting different Cloud Providers and on premises Datacenters. You will work with support, incident response, planning, and deployment of changes in the environment.

• Exercise the role of owner, working end-to-end on demands, engaging partner teams and suppliers on a daily basis;
• Advanced English for opening and handling tickets with suppliers;
• Availability to work in person in the central region of São Paulo (Av. 9 de Julho).

Differentials:

• Experience in regulated environments;
• Knowledge in Kubernetes/EKS.
