Our Processes & Controls area

The Processes & Controls area acts strategically, together with all areas of C6, to manage operational risks, internal controls, and continuity risks of the bank's products and processes.

Your activities as a CSixer

• Conduct risk assessment related to continuity together with the business;
• Contribute to the definition and improvement of business continuity strategies;
• Document business continuity plans (BCP);
• Organize, monitor, and document continuity tests;
• Perform maintenance of manuals and policies related to Business Continuity;
• Act collaboratively with the various areas of the bank, adding value and applying a strategic business continuity vision, aligned with market best practices;
• Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity awareness programs, ensuring that all employees are prepared;
• Monitor crisis scenarios and critical incidents that may affect business continuity;
• Attend Audits, Regulators, and other stakeholders.

Requirements and experience

• Knowledge of banking products, services, and processes;
• Experience in Business Continuity Management routines;
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment;
• Excellent communication and relationship skills;
• Knowledge of standards and regulations related to business continuity (Res 4893, Res 4557, among others);
• Knowledge of disaster recovery technology, backup systems, cybersecurity, among other technologies related to business continuity;
• Experience in vendor assessment, focusing on the analysis of the robustness of business continuity plans and recovery capacity;
• Advanced/fluent English knowledge;
• Certifications will be considered differentials (CBCP, ISO 22301, COBIT 5, among others);
• Availability to work in person in the central region of São Paulo (Av. 9 de Julho).
