Supervisor

About the Role:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Fire Command Centre (FCC) and operations team.
• Monitor, record, and report building defects and maintenance issues to the operations team for rectification.
• Manage and monitor critical facilities systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS), ensuring optimal performance and conducting trend analysis.
• Train and guide FCC and operations technicians in preparing basic maintenance work orders and operational documentation.
• Respond promptly to equipment failures, operational incidents, and user complaints to minimize service disruptions.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure maintenance and repair works are completed according to service levels and quality standards.
• Prepare quotations using Schedule of Rates (SOR) and star rates where applicable.
• Prepare operational reports, incident reports, performance metrics, and recommendations for facility improvements.
• Support emergency response activities and implement contingency plans to minimize business impact during critical situations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, statutory regulations, and company policies.

About You:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or maintenance environment.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Command Centre (FCC) operations, and M&E systems.
• Experience in vendor and contractor management, including coordination of maintenance and repair works.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and incident management skills, with the ability to respond effectively during emergencies.
