Construction Director (M/F)

About the company

We are looking for a Construction Director / MOEX (M/F) for our client to support the development of its business in Île-de-France. Our client is a recognized player in real estate and business consulting, working on tertiary projects, particularly in layout, restructuring, renovation, and the management of complex operations. In a context of increasing activity, our client wishes to strengthen its teams with an experienced profile, capable of managing demanding projects on behalf of institutional clients, users, or major accounts. The position is intended for a senior profile, with an engineering or equivalent background, possessing solid experience in construction management, execution design management (MOEX), or operations management, with the ability to operate in international environments.

Your tasks

Reporting to the operational management, your missions are as follows:

• You manage complex tertiary real estate operations, from preparation to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality, and contractual commitments.
• You coordinate all project stakeholders: clients, architects, design offices, construction companies, control offices, and external partners.
• You lead site meetings, monitor work progress, anticipate risks, and implement necessary corrective actions.
• You ensure clear and regular reporting to clients and management, in both French and English depending on the interlocutors.

Requirements

• You have a higher education background in engineering, building, civil engineering, real estate, or equivalent, and have approximately 15 years of experience in construction management, MOEX, OPC, or real estate project management.
• You master the technical, contractual, financial, and organizational challenges of tertiary projects, ideally on layout, renovation, restructuring, or fit-out operations.
• You possess professional English, allowing you to communicate with international interlocutors and participate in project meetings.
• You are recognized for your leadership, strategic vision, rigor, and excellent client relations.
