We are looking for advanced students or recent graduates in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields, with advanced English, high proactivity, curiosity, and a desire to learn. Office attendance is hybrid in CABA.

What will you do?

  • Participate in end-to-end selection processes.
  • Perform hunting and candidate searches on different platforms.
  • Publish and manage job advertisements.
  • Perform CV screening and initial contact with candidates.
  • Progressively participate in interviews.
  • Collaborate with searches for IT and specialized profiles.
  • Support the team in new Recruiting projects and challenges.
