At C&S, we are looking for an M+C Initiate Product Owner to join a global Marketing & Communications team, participating in transformation initiatives and the optimization of marketing capabilities.
The position will have a key role as a functional reference for the M+C Initiate platform, working together with business stakeholders, Product Management, technical teams, and cross-functional areas to transform business needs into scalable functional solutions.
Modality
- Modality: Hybrid (1 or 2 office visits per week).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 to 18.

What will be your main challenges?
- Analyze, gather, and document business requirements.
- Translate functional needs into user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and collaborate on the backlog, refinement, and sprint planning.
- Coordinate functional testing and UAT.
- Participate in incident resolution and provide functional support to users.
- Investigate production issues and coordinate their resolution with the corresponding teams.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation and training materials.
- Participate in change management processes, releases, and platform adoption.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Work with global teams and stakeholders from different areas, ensuring proper alignment between business needs and technological solutions.
What are we looking for?
- English intermediate/advanced (mandatory), both oral and written to converse with global teams.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar roles.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Experience writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle.
- Experience coordinating Functional Testing and UAT.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (desirable).
- Experience with Adobe Workfront (desirable).
- Knowledge of the M+C Initiate platform and its workflows and integrations (highly valued).
