Semi Senior / Senior Observability Specialist

We are looking for a Semi Senior / Senior Observability Specialist to join a technical team and work on the implementation, operation, and optimization of observability solutions for critical services.

The position will play a key role in guaranteeing the availability, stability, and performance of services, working together with Infrastructure, Development, and Security teams.

Modality and conditions

• Hybrid modality: 2 days in person per week.
• Workplace: Parque Patricios, Buenos Aires.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 to 18 hs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and optimize Observability and Monitoring solutions.
• Administer and optimize platforms such as Nagios Core, Nagios XI, Dynatrace, and Grafana.
• Create dashboards, alerts, and reports oriented toward operations and business.
• Develop scripts in Bash and/or Python to automate monitoring tasks and processes.
• Ensure the correct instrumentation of services, applications, and infrastructure.
• Participate in troubleshooting processes, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement.
• Work in Unix/Linux environments, managing services, logs, agents, and configurations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in defining Observability and SRE best practices.

Requirements

• Between 3 and 6 years of experience in Observability, Monitoring, SRE, or Infrastructure.
• Experience with: Nagios Core / Nagios XI, Dynatrace, Grafana, Bash and/or Python, Unix/Linux Systems.
• Infrastructure knowledge: Networks, Storage, Virtualization, and Linux/Windows servers.
• Knowledge of logs, metrics, and traces.
• Intermediate English for technical reading and basic communication.
• Student or graduate of Systems or related careers.

Especially valued

• Experience with Prometheus, Loki, Elastic Stack, or Zabbix.
• Knowledge of automation with Ansible, Terraform, or CI/CD.
• Experience in Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Certifications related to Observability or the mentioned tools.
