SAP FICO / FICA Consultants

At C&S, we are hiring Senior SAP FICO / FICA Consultants to participate in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, working with top-tier clients and cutting-edge technologies.

Modality: Hybrid - requires 2 office visits per week. Requires availability to perform on-call duties.

Working hours: 9:00 to 18:00.

What will you do?

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield, and Rollouts).
• Gather functional requirements and participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops alongside the client.
• Configure and parameterize SAP FI, CO, and/or FI-CA solutions.
• Prepare functional documentation (Business Blueprint, Functional Design Documents, Configuration Guides).
• Execute unit and integral tests and support Cutover and Go-Live activities.
• Analyze business processes and propose improvements aligned with SAP best practices.
• Work together with functional teams, technical teams, and solution architects.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have participated in at least 2 implementations in S/4 HANA, and have experience in the following SAP solutions (it is not necessary to have experience in all of them):

• SAP FI: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA - New Asset Accounting), Bank Accounting, Tax on Sales & Purchases
• SAP CO: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, CO-PA (Margin Analysis / Account-Based)
• SAP FI-CA (required depending on the project): Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), Contract account management, Billing and collection processes, Payment, dunning, and clearing management, Integration with SAP modules and industry solutions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior SAP FICO and/or FICA Consultant.
• At least 2 complete SAP S/4HANA implementations (On-Premise or Private Cloud).
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
• Solid knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and differences compared to SAP ECC.
• Experience performing parameterization, functional analysis, and documentation.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience participating in Fit-to-Standard Workshops.
• Technical English for reading documentation.

It will be a plus to have

• SAP FI, CO, or FI-CA Certifications.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Experience with SAP Fiori for Finance.
• Knowledge of Clean Core principles.
• Experience in industries such as Utilities, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, or Financial Services.
