About the role Perform routine maintenance and repairs for Co-living Company. Key responsibilities Repair doors, windows, locks, cabinets, and other fixtures

Perform painting work

Troubleshoot and fix minor electrical issues (lighting, switches, sockets)

Carry out basic plumbing repairs, including leaks, clogged drains, and pipe fittings

Basic air condition servicing and trouble shooting

Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls

Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Relocate furniture from apartment to apartment as per tenant request

Job requirements Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance

Proactive and able to work independently

Good communication skill with tenants

Own a motor bike to travel around

Class 3A license to drive van
