- Plan and oversee maintenance of building systems such as chilled water, electrical, and HVAC.
- Inspect and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure continuous operation.
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians, and coordinate with contractors.
- Prepare maintenance reports and propose improvement plans.
- In-depth knowledge of chilled water systems (Chiller, Cooling Tower, AHU, FCU).
- Understanding of low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Skilled in inspection, troubleshooting, and system repair.
Qualifications: Male Bachelors Electrician Experience 1-4 years Specialized Expertise: Chilled water and electrical systems are the core of building operations.
