Quality System Officer

1. Prepare Internal Audit Plan and Audit Notification and send to relevant persons for audit preparation.
2. Provide audit checklist to comply with all requirements according to ISO9001, AS9100 and IATF16949.
3. Perform internal audits in accordance with approved audit plan and applicable standards
4. Verify compliance with ISO 9001 / AS9100 / IATF 16949
5. Collect objective evidence through interviews, observation, and review of records
6. Prepare audit schedule, audit plan, and required documented information
7. Ensure readiness of audited processes and responsible personnel
8. Record audit findings including: Conformities, Nonconformities, Opportunities for improvement (OFI)
9. Conduct awareness training on ISO 9001, AS9100 and IATF 16949 requirements for relevant employees.
