Compliance Officer

•Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company environmental policies. •Oversee and monitor security compliance in accordance with company and customer requirements. •Ensure compliance with company regulations and codes of conduct, including RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) requirements. •Support and monitor compliance related to accounting and financial control requirements in accordance with company policies. •Review terms, conditions, and agreements during contract review to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements. •Identify compliance risks, gaps, and nonconformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. •Coordinate internal assessments, audits, and compliance training as required. •Maintain compliance records and report compliance status to management.

Qualifications: Male/Female Age 24-40 Experience 1 year Bachelors Engineering or other related field. Knowledge of factory regulations, environmental laws, and restricted substances/hazardous materials requirements. Strong understanding of RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) code of conduct, labor standards, and human rights requirements. Ability to review, analyze, and comprehend basic legal contracts, terms, and agreements. Proficiency in compliance risk assessment, gap analysis, and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) management.
