Buyer (Overseas Purchasing)
- Review and analyze raw material, hardware, and production demand from SAP system to effectively plan and execute procurement activities.
- Source and request quotations from approved overseas suppliers, comparing pricing, commercial terms, payment conditions, lead times, and logistics costs.
- Verify and negotiate material and hardware pricing in accordance with customer contracts, budget targets, and company procurement policies.
- Coordinate Purchase Requisitions (PR), follow up Purchase Orders (PO), and closely follow up suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage import purchasing activities, including shipment tracking, customs documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders.
- Prepare, review, and process Quotation Offers (QO), purchasing documents, and supplier-related records in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain purchasing records and ensure all procurement documentation is accurate, secure, and audit-ready for AS9100 and customer requirements.
- Support cost reduction, supplier development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications Male or Female, age 25-30 years. Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2-5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in Aerospace, Semiconductor, Electronics, Precision Manufacturing, or Automotive industries. Experience with overseas procurement and import-export procedures. Good knowledge of SAP (MM Module preferred). Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills. Good understanding of Incoterms, international logistics, customs, and import regulations. Good command of English (written and spoken) for overseas supplier communication. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications: Male/Female Age 25-30 Bachelors logistic-supply chain Experience with Aerospace standards (AS9100) or Semiconductor manufacturing environment. Knowledge of MRP, demand planning, and inventory control. Familiarity with quality documentation, audits, and customer compliance requirements.
