• Proactive Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and escalations. In addition, identify and recommend solutions to address customers' evolving needs and challenges.
• Technical Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance on solution architecture, best practices, and optimization strategies. Assist customers in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting complex cloud environments. Also conduct regular workshops and trainings, technical reviews and health checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Project Management & Ownership: Collaborate with customers to plan and execute migration, deployment, and expansion projects. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Take ownership of the projects for on-time delivery.
• Thought leadership: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies and industry trends. Contribute to the development of best practices, industry insight articles, and technical documentation.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; we welcome backgrounds in Film/TV/Directing, Media & Communications, Advertising/Marketing, E-commerce, as well as Computer Science or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with AI-generated content (AIGC), either as a Director, Producer, or content lead for short drama / film / video, or in marketing/advertising creative for e-commerce (e.g., AI ad creatives, product/lifestyle videos, branded content).
• Working command of applied generative-AI production tooling across the content pipeline - text/scripting (LLM), text-to-image and text-to-video, video editing/VFX, digital humans, voiceover/dubbing - with a clear point of view on output quality, cost, and workflow efficiency.
• Able to translate a client's creative and business requirements into an AI-enabled content solution and present it credibly end-to-end in a customer-facing (pre-sales / solutions) setting.
• Able to communicate and present effectively with global customers and cross-regional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience with AIGC in film, short drama and e-commerce industries.
• Familiarity with relevant models and AI tools.
• Track record engaging with studios/MCNs, creative agencies, or e-commerce sellers across E-commerce, Media & Entertainment.
• A demonstrable portfolio of shipped AIGC work (short-drama/film titles, campaigns, or ad creatives) with measurable outcomes - production time/cost saved, ROAS/conversion, views/engagement.
• Can-do self-starter who works independently and is comfortable operating at the intersection of creative, technology, and clients.
