Key Roles & Responsibilities: · Analyze complex government or private operator tender inquiries and translate them into technical specifications for Engineering and R&D teams. · Assist in the compilation of technical specs, drawings, and compliance checklists for bus tender submissions. · Work closely with HQ Engineers to understand technical updates and relay them to the local team to ensure the proposed bus features meet the client’s requirements.

  • Prepare project progress reports and maintain databases for tender tracking and sales leads.

· Assist in the planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. · Act as a point of contact for internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution. · Assist project team to prepare and submit necessary paperwork for vehicle homologation and type-approval to ensure all buses are road-legal. · Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business development strategy.

  • Develop and maintain a centralized repository of bid templates, past project references, standard documentation, and best practices to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the tender process.

· Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management to support business growth. Key Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, technical sales, or the automotive industry. Proven track record in tender management and familiarity with local bus vendors/operators. Deep interest and experience in Electric Vehicles (EV), battery health systems, and charging infrastructure. Proficiency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is essential to liaise effectively with China HQ colleagues and local stakeholders.
